Ingredients
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 medjool dates
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tea spoon flax seeds
  • 2 tea spoons honey
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. PEEL the banana and pit the dates
  2. BLEND all of the ingredients together until smooth
  3. SERVE immediately
